| Charles Boland - Executive Vice President
Chuck Boland directs the sales, marketing and strategic planning activities at Cedarburg. He has an BS degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago and more than thirty years experience in sales, marketing and strategic planning at several pharmaceutical and fine chemical companies, including Lonza, Hoffmann-LaRoche and Amoco BioProducts Corporation. He is a co-founder of Cedarburg Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and is Secretary of the corporation. |

Richard Pariza, Ph.D. - Chief Science Officer
Richard Pariza received his Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry from Purdue University. He has more than 20 years of leadership on major projects in the pharmaceutical industry. His experience includes positions with Abbott Laboratories, OncQuest, Inc., Protarga, Inc., and Natural pharmaceuticals. Richard has international recognition as a scientist as well as a scientific manager and leader: Chairman of the prestigious IUPAC Symposium; served on/chaired national ACD committees; frequently invited to chair sessions and lead discussions at international scientific conferences. Former founding editor and now member of the Editorial Board of Organic Process Research & Development, a Research Journal co-sponsored by the American Chemical Society and Royal Society of Chemistry (UK). |

| Scott G. Van Ornum, Ph.D. - Director of Laboratory Operations
Scott G. Van Ornum received a B.S. degree in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1992. After undergraduate, Scott studied at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee under Professor James M. Cook and received a Ph.D. in organic chemistry in 1998. His doctoral work was centered on development of the Tandem Pauson-Khand Reaction. He began his career at Abbott Laboratories as a Senior Scientist specializing in process development chemistry. In 2002, Scott joined Cedarburg Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and is currently a Research Manager directing various development projects. He has expertise in ozonolysis, macrolide and isoquinoline based neuromolecular blocker chemistry. |

| Paul Zizelman, MS - Director of Scientific Operations
Paul Zizelman received his BS in Chemistry from Central Michigan University and worked as a graduate research intern at Dow Chemical Co. before starting his Doctoral studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He studied metal mediated organic synthesis under the direction of Professor Jeffrey Mark Stryker. Following graduate school, Paul accepted a position with Aldrich Chemical Company where he became the supervisor of R&D and Glassware production. Capitalizing on 10 years in the custom-manufacturing arena, he joined Cedarburg Pharmaceuticals in 1998 and currently serves as a Research Manager and as a member of the Operations Committee. |

| Sandy A. Hughes - Quality Systems Manager
Sandy Hughes is responsible for managing Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs and is a member of the Operations Committee. Sandy has a broad range of experience in implementing cGMPs from pre-clinical material through validation of the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient. Sandy has coauthored several DMFs and has submitted filing in the United States, and Europe. Sandy's prior experience in Quality Control gives her an added depth and understanding of Quality Systems in its entirety. She received her CQA certification in 2003. Sandy has perviously worked at Solvay Animal Health, Schwarz Pharma and Cambridge Major Laboratories. |

| Rich Koller - Manager of the Pilot Plant
Rich Koller is currently the Manager of the Pilot Plant and responsible for managing manufacturing operations, supervising manufacturing staff and is responsible for successful on time completion of all manufacturing projects. Rich began his career at Aldrich Chemical working in the air sensitive and cGmp groups. In 2000 he joined Cedarburg Pharmaceuticals working in Production and Safety. Since that time, Rich's responsibilities have continued to increase in diversity as well as scope. As a diligent champion of safety, Rich has taken various safety courses and has received an Applied Safety Compliance Certificate from Lakeshore Technical College. Rich brings 11 years of significant experience in production, process scale up to pilot plant manufacturing and safety. He is currently a member of the Operations Committee. | |
